This policy describes what personal data we process in connection with the provision of customs representation services and with the operation of this website.
1. Data controller

The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.
2. What data we process
- Data you provide to us when contacting us or during our cooperation: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, company ID, VAT number and address.
- Data contained in the documents for customs proceedings: identification details of the exporter, importer, consignee and contact persons, EORI number, and details of the goods and the transport.
- Web server operational data: IP address and browser details recorded in the hosting provider’s logs.
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
- Providing customs representation services and communicating with you – performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Filing customs declarations and complying with obligations under customs, tax and accounting legislation – compliance with a legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Security and operation of the website – the legitimate interests of the controller, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Recipients of personal data
The customs authorities of the Czech Republic and of other European Union member states, to the extent necessary for customs proceedings. Furthermore the hosting provider and the e-mail service provider, who act as processors for the controller. We do not transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Retention period
We retain personal data for the duration of our cooperation and thereafter for the period laid down by law. Documents relating to customs proceedings are retained for at least three years pursuant to Article 51 of the Union Customs Code (Regulation (EU) No 952/2013). Accounting records and tax documents are retained for the periods laid down by Czech accounting and tax legislation. Ordinary e-mail correspondence that did not lead to cooperation is retained for no more than one year.
6. Cookies and analytics tools
This website does not store any cookies in your browser and does not use analytics, marketing or profiling tools. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access to your personal data, the right to rectification or erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). The right to erasure may be limited where retention of the data is required of us by law.
